Cogeneration units (CGU)
Cogeneration units driven by natural gas engines
Note:
NG - natural gas Hd=35,6 MJ/Nm3 (Nm3 : 0°C, 101,326 kPa)
SG - sewage biogas 60% CH4 Hd=21,5 MJ/Nm3
LG - landfill boigas 47% CH4 Hd=16,5 MJ/Nm3
BS - biogas station with 55% CH4
B-52 biogas with 52% CH4
LPG = 40% propane + 60% butane
prop = 99% propane
PG pyrolysis gas, syngas or wood gas Hd=5,1 MJ/Nm3
- cogen (CHP) units correspond exhaust limits TA luft
- electrical energy is produced by synchronous, four poles, brushless,
self-exiting, single / two bearing generators
- the control panel includes control, measuring and power circuits, standard enclosure is IP 40
- if CHP units running parallel with mains is equipped by protection for this mode of operation and power factor controller
- heat exchangers or dry air coolers provide heat supply or heat cooling
- CHP units can running in a different modes of operation, reciprocal combination is possible (see TECHNICAL CONDITIONS
AND DESCRIPTION)
- technical parameters of CHP unit are valid for different fuel types (natural gas, sewage gas and landfill gas)
with characteristic heat values Hu, (the complete analysis of gas with contents of liquid and solid elements is necessary
to be done for agreement of CHP unit operation. Manufacturers right is to change parameters of CHP unit if necessary.
- technical economical analysis of the costs could be included as a part of CHP unit offer
- manufacturer provide complete supply of CHP unit on key
