Operation description
The scrap stored in town scrapyards consists of organic and anorganic materials of
different sizes. In the case of proper scrap storage, the scrapyard becomes the
source of biogas.
Degassing possibilities
Passive degassing rests in following steps:
- sinking scrapyard boreholes
- installing burners or ventilating shafts
Note:
This technology is ineffective, gas cannot be utilised.
Active degassing rests in utilization of gas and consists of following steps:
- sinking scrapyard boreholes
- gas water separation
- biogas modification
- gas to electric and heat producing equipment (MG, KGU, boilers) distribution
- electric and heat energy to consumer distribution
